Suitcase (with headphones) fully charged upon arrival. We used the headphones for two days, about 8 hours in total. During this time, the one on the left died and had to be recharged. Charged the one in the case. Place both in the charging box overnight. This morning the right kidney was still glowing red. It was 82 last night and 80 this morning. However, at the WTH moment trying to figure it all out, it dropped to 77. Should I leave the case open to charge? Didn't see it in the instructions. Connected to my Bluetooth, the phone says 50% buds. (Yes, I removed the plastic strips on the charging ports.) The instructions also state that the charge needs to be drained, as overcharging the headphones will result in the battery no longer being fully charged. It's a real mystery when it seems that they already need constant charging. It says in the fine print not to get them wet, which clearly contradicts what is written both here and in the instructions. The sound is great to listen to. on Audible books and voice suppression is excellent. However, the voice telling me the headphones are on or off is often very faint on the right and subtle on the left. All of this really makes me wish I'd spent more and gotten Bose headphones.
