stopped working after 5 months. Very bad service

Headphones stopped working after 5 months. The seller admitted that this is a quality issue. They offered to refund 30% of the cost. They said that the warranty service depends on how long you have used it. It's tiring. The standard warranty is at least one year. Headphones stopped working after 5 months. The warranty conditions must be clearly stated in the product description. Overall bad product, even worse service.

It does what it says on the tin with just one issue

4 stars for the wireless connection, I was able to connect it to my laptop and it works without any issues unlike previous Bluetooth headphones. I tried using it with my PS4 and it didn't work. I assume it only works with Sony products. 5 stars for the noise canceling, even when my family distracts me, it helps me a lot with reading because I listen to classical music while reading e-books. 5 stars for comfort and battery life. The charging system is broken

to add to my previous review. The charging system has fatal flaws. In my previous review, I mentioned charging issues with one of the earbuds. The other now has the same issues, but worse - it won't charge at all unless you keep it in a case. So if the current charge is used up, it's garbage. There is no other way to charge the headphones. I enjoyed them while they lasted - it was 2 months. Now I have to throw them away. Overall I am happy with these headphones. Good clear sound, good battery…

Wow! Just wow - I've only had them for less than a week and I just LOVE them. The sound quality/bass is as good or better than some other much more expensive headphones I've bought in the past. The stuffy part - I never knew I needed these things, but I actually changed my mind just because of that. They are incredibly comfortable and I love that they have a silicone cap. Comfortable, light but the sound quality leaves something to be desired at best

I have to say when I first opened the box I was impressed by the packaging. The headphones were in the box, everything was neatly sorted and easy to find. There are easy to follow instructions, a warranty card with a link to the website to activate the warranty and receive a Revain gift card within 7 days if activated. The website could not find my order number. Okay...no big deal, there is an email address to contact if there are any problems, so I emailed the info. The headphones are packaged

Already having trouble charging

Suitcase (with headphones) fully charged upon arrival. We used the headphones for two days, about 8 hours in total. During this time, the one on the left died and had to be recharged. Charged the one in the case. Place both in the charging box overnight. This morning the right kidney was still glowing red. It was 82 last night and 80 this morning. However, at the WTH moment trying to figure it all out, it dropped to 77. Should I leave the case open to charge? Didn't see it in the instructions…

Great product for the money. Better than other $80+ wireless headphones I've used.

I remember these are $30 headphones. Here's what they do VERY well: 1) sound quality, 2) battery life, 3) comfort, 4) controls. The microphone is so-so, but better than some of the more expensive headphones I've used when making calls.
