I have to say when I first opened the box I was impressed by the packaging. The headphones were in the box, everything was neatly sorted and easy to find. There are easy to follow instructions, a warranty card with a link to the website to activate the warranty and receive a Revain gift card within 7 days if activated. The website could not find my order number. Okay...no big deal, there is an email address to contact if there are any problems, so I emailed the info. The headphones are packaged very nicely and are very comfortable. Haven't worn them for more than 30 minutes but no complaints apart from one small issue. Ok, big problem... The sound quality is terrible! And by awful I mean my first transistor radio (1964) produced better sound quality than those $50 headphones! It's 2021 and it's the best thing to do for the sound?!? My cat howl sounds better. So for such an epic failure, the best I can give these headphones is two stars. UPDATE JULY 9, 2021 I have been in contact with the seller for the last few days and they are very keen to fix the issue. After giving them accurate information as to why I wasn't satisfied they offered me a full refund which I accepted and they delivered very quickly. Your customer service has been exceptional, at least in my case. The headphones are very good for listening to speech, for podcasts, audio books and the like.
