I've only had it a month. I bought this for an anklet that was too short and it worked great. Until this morning I found it lying at the foot of my bed with a broken clasp. I hope they honor this free 1 year guarantee because I really liked this product. (Update) Your customer service is amazing! I sent an email on Wednesday evening explaining what had happened and received a reply the next morning. Cathy was very nice and they sent me a new extension the same day. I received the package the following Monday and it included care instructions (which I really appreciate) and a small gift. This company is great and I will definitely order from them again.
