I usually wear a size 9 but I had to buy it a size 9.5 WIDE! I've never worn wide shoes in my life, so that was weird. Regular shoes were so ridiculously tight that my feet couldn't fit in at all. Going half a size up and a roomy fit made a big difference and these shoes are very comfortable for dancing. I'm tall so I didn't want heels that were too high so they were perfect. The T-Strap gapes like any other T-Strap, so be prepared if you've never used a T-Strap. I also LOVE that there is a flat section on the back of the heel so the shoe doesn't cut into the posterior tendon of the foot.
