Very easy set up for getting started in connecting devices directly into our application via Webhook's! The API documentation could be more detailed at times but overall very simple process if you have worked through step by Step guides as well- There are alot options available when choosing which device can connect what type (Web or iOS/Android).

I am able build out mobile applications that interact wtih my existing web apps without having developers working fulltime just building these features themselves.- The best thing about this software is that it can be used for different purposes, I mean you could use it for managing customer support tickets or you could use it for your business needs. It's not as user-friendly as other tools out there but if you are looking for something reliable, then this is what you should go for. I have been able to solve my problem of being able to manage customer support tickets in an easier way and also having an online database where customers can access their tickets.
