The most useful thing is the ability to easily see all the candidates in different stages of the process. Other then that, the UI is really not the best. The filters are not well done, the search bar is not well organized, and sometimes it is really hard to find something. I find that it is difficult to filter the candidates by their skills. To find candidates with more experience in specific fields. It is a great tool to use if you are looking for candidates for temporary positions. We have been able to improve our process by seeing the candidates in different stages of the process. It has helped us reduce the time spent on the process and improve our communication with the candidates.
