Great platform where employees can be found

The most useful thing is the ability to easily see all the candidates in different stages of the process. Other then that, the UI is really not the best. The filters are not well done, the search bar is not well organized, and sometimes it is really hard to find something. I find that it is difficult to filter the candidates by their skills. To find candidates with more experience in specific fields. It is a great tool to use if you are looking for candidates for temporary positions. We have…

  • What i like about this platform mostly when searching or filtering applicants via skillset we can get instant feedback from other users who also used those keywords before! And what's even better everyone will be notified immediately after posting his own opinion regarding your post using these words so there won't ever need any back and forth emails between team members just asking each others

Solid Applicant Tracking System built especially FOR recruitment professionals

We love how easy it is to use, we can see who's job applications are live or not so easily in one place which makes our team work more efficient! The UI could look better for some people but they have been improving this over time. I think it would be helpful if there was an option to save jobs to favourites like other platforms offer (this might take away from the freshness of the search results though). If your using the tool during normal business hours - don't forget about the benefits…

HireaJackal - Great Job Site with Quick Results

The ability to search for jobs easily, without having multiple job sites open in tabs or windows; this also allows me as an employer/recruiter access information quickly about candidates I'm looking at so it saves time overall when contacting them vs doing research myself! Great resource and very helpful: HireaJackal

The best thing about this software was its ability to provide me all information I needed for my job, from resumes to interview questions etc. It also had an easy way of creating applications which helped save time in searching through other sites or databases. Sometimes it would freeze up when loading jobs but not often enough where i found myself without any work at hand. I can't think of anything bad as far as dislikes go.
