Epson just released 5 new WorkForce Pro printers. 2 of them can print on larger paper (up to 13 x 19 inches) and 3 of them can print on standard size paper. This WF-3820 model prints on standard size paper. This is the junior model of the WorkForce Pro printers, but it's still worth the money. Here are the main differences between them: WF-3820: smaller 2.7-inch touchscreen, slower print speed, can only scan single-sided, has a 250-sheet paper tray. WF-4820: Larger 4.3-inch touchscreen, faster print speed, single-sided scanning only, one 250-sheet paper tray. WF-4830: Large 4.3" touchscreen, faster print speed, duplex scanning, two 250-sheet paper trays. All models support duplex printing and have an integrated fax. I couldn't test the fax as I don't have a regular phone line, but that would be handy for some small businesses. It works great with my iMac Pro. However, I recommend downloading the latest drivers from the Epson website rather than using the CD that came with it to ensure you have the latest drivers. other models in the range, this is still one of the fastest inkjet printers I've ever used. The print quality is also excellent. I like the ability to print color documents and make color copies. The scanner works better than I expected and is perfect for small volumes. But if you have a lot of documents to scan every day, I still recommend a dedicated document scanner like the Fujitsu ScanSnap ix1500. If you work from home and have limited space but need to scan, copy and print in colour; This printer offers excellent value for money as it combines all the features that a user would normally need.
