Review on Bissell ProHeat 2X Attachment Hose: Compatible with Models 8920, 8930, 8960, 9200, 9300, 9400, 9500 by Darby Perkins

Good price, arrived quickly and original. My old hose broke and had to be replaced. Not only does it do that, but it's also a lot more flexible and a bit longer, making it much, much easier to wrap around the holder than the old one. Highly recommended! However, changing hoses is not for the faint of heart! The Bissell requires almost complete disassembly as the hose for the cleaning fluid is connected deep in the base of the unit requiring such disassembly. Fortunately, a Bissell service manual is available online. Unfortunately I had to drill out half a dozen of the many screws as they were rusted beyond recognition. When reassembling I replaced them with stainless ones so this doesn't happen again - costs about a dollar. new, that speaks volumes.
