(Sorry about my dry winter hands! It's a losing battle) I bought this ring because I suffer from dermatillomania where I unknowingly pick at my lips causing them to hurt and break - then I pluck more! So far this has been a tactile distraction when I'm anxious and has helped me stop pecking. What's good: The ring is comfortable and easy to rotate. I received the rose gold color and it is totally unique and more vibrant/shiny than the picture. The fit is right - I ordered a size up to wear on multiple fingers (love that it's on my thumb to rotate with one hand). turns or when using hands. But it's a lot quieter than a pair of bracelets or a pair of my dangling earrings. The sandblasted texture can cause scratches if you accidentally rub your face. Overall, I really like it and I want to get a rainbow color next time!
