Perfect fit, I ordered a medium one. No slipping or twisting while running. The sports band has small rubber nubs on the inside to prevent slipping or slipping. Much better than any other phone holder I've used for running in the past. I run three miles regularly and it stays in place and is very comfortable mile after mile. Unfortunately, you'll have to pull your phone out if you need to touch the screen for any reason, but as long as you have headphones that allow you to skip songs and adjust the volume, you'll be fine. No need to take out your phone. I use my headphones to change songs, adjust the volume, and even take calls, so I almost never have to touch my phone while running. I am so happy with this purchase. Incredibly comfortable and convenient. Lightweight material that won't make you sweat more than the exercises you're already doing. It is easy to take with you because it is a light, flexible material. Unlike most sports bands with a hard plastic window. To be honest, the window only lets you touch the screen, but it's usually too thick for comfort. And that usually just makes sports tape uncomfortable and unwieldy. This sports harness is not bulky at all. It's very soft and moves easily with you. Doesn't have the usual bulky feel of most sports bands. I love it, I want to buy it in all colors.
