Nice and not very

It is so soft and easy to use and looks cute too. The only problem is the animals' heads, for some reason they are glued to the scarf to stand upright. After washing, the glue comes off exposing two odd holes with filling coming out of them. I had to use a needle to fix it. What a shame for the manufacturers to have something so good and finish it so poorly.
