It is thinner, not as fluffy as in the picture. I think it's too thin. Not sure if it's easy to clean etc because we just got it. It has 2 buttons, one on each side the width of the rug, and 4 loops of elastic that can be attached to the buttons to turn the rug into a soft bed. Not bad for the price but don't expect something very thick and very warm. For pets, it is very beautiful and cute, and it does not matter whether it is thin or not. But I got it for our street/wild cats, for their isolated homes. We will see! I hope they at least try! :) Oh, the color is very beautiful, shiny light gray on top. The bottom is like a thin burlap.
