I'm a sleeper and needed something "cooling" but couldn't find what I was looking for until I found this one. I tried the Buffy Breeze blanket and while it was definitely the coolest and most breathable blanket I've tried (out of many, including this one), it was way too heavy and significantly more expensive. This Codi Blanket has an amazing ability to dissipate body heat, especially because it's fluffy and bulky (fluffier than Buffy Breeze). I recommend 100% linen for this to maximize breathability. Remember, when linens are said to be "cooling," it simply means they don't retain body heat. The blanket you put over your duvet is important. Do not use microfiber, heavily woven fabrics or Egyptian cotton, knitwear, silk or flannel. The best materials are 100% linen, percale, cotton or bamboo.
