I wore this dress for a wedding at 30 weeks pregnant.

Very comfortable and flattering but did show underwear lines due to the clingy material, I would recommend seamless panties! Fit very true to size, I typically would wear a medium pre-pregnancy at 5'4" and 140 pounds. Currently 157 lbs at 30 weeks and a medium fit great in this dress! I didn't wash before wear, just steamed to get the wrinkles out so can't speak to how it holds up when washed and worn multiple times , but definitely decent quality fabric for one time wear for an event.
