So my kid is back to virtual again and has to tilt his iPad for tests so the teacher can control it. I bought this tripod to do this as well to keep the iPad off the table they are using as it is smaller. The expandable head holds the iPad, but it's been maxed out with a protective case, the Otterbox, and it's not easy to take off and I won't take it off. I've kept it, but I'm concerned about the constant use of an expandable head with springs. Maybe I'll find a backup and buy it just in case. That's my only concern.
