Bottom line - when the headphones were connected, the phone did not see them, reproducing sound through an external speaker. Again they called those support - they recommended turning on the phone in safe mode and checking - it did not help. Reboots and all the actions usually performed by the layman - without effect. The result - a claim was written to the store about the replacement of goods of inadequate quality, in my head - the realization of the loss of a lot of time. Everything is in boxes. In the morning, before going to the store, I plug in the headphones (well, you never know). Bottom line - the headphones start working! AS? I do not understand.
