The first unit I ordered didn't work properly. After contacting customer service directly, they sent me a replacement. Support was fairly responsive (but it turned out they were based in Asia when they responded to messages). The quality of the product is good for a working device. The noise level when raising/lowering the device is quite small, but you can hear it. The tension is mainly due to the flipbar's weight and the elastic tension lines on each side of the screen, but it keeps the image flat. The reflectivity of the screen material is good, the picture is clear. I work with the front projector about 3-4 meters (10-12 feet) in front of the screen to fill the full width of the screen.
