Update: got the screw to go in and the chair is comfortable but took additional time and money. If it holds up I might get another only because it weird not to have a pair.Original: The seller is super responsive and accepted my return due to what appeared to be rust or dirt on 4 of the metal bars and sent me a new one. I received a replacement and put it together but one of the screws doesn't fit in the hole so the screw sticks out. (And I don't think it's b/c I assembled it wrong b/c I took it apart and tried to put the screw in and it still didnt fit) Not really sure what to do now. The chair is really comfortable tho so pretty sad.
