Delivered as promised. The top of the cutter, where you place the paper, is curved so whatever you cut is at a slight angle. Unfortunately I was in the middle of a big project that I had to finish so I couldn't return it. I'm so pissed! I bought this cutter to replace a cheaper cutter with the same problem. The description of this cutter specifically states that all cuts are straight! For the price I paid, that shouldn't be a problem. I am so disappointed!
