They are delivered without sockets.
They are definitely dimmer than the other Merkury LED strips I've bought at Walmart and they are narrower in width. Google Home can turn it on and off, but not change color. My biggest gripe is that they don't have power outlets, so you'll either have to get a self-powered USB hub or find your own. The information on the page is incorrect, it's not "wired" but just USB. Again, another set that I bought from the same company came with it previously. A bit disappointed but I will use it anyway.
