Didn't go with my foam sandals

In Hawaii we call our rubber sandals "slippers". I have a cheap overseas pair that absorb sweat and body odor. After wearing it daily for a few weeks, they noticed bad foot odor. I tried heavily soaking the shoes with Re:Claim Odor Remover. While this product did cause some of the surface odor on the slippers, it didn't completely eliminate it and I ended up throwing the slippers away. This may work better on more porous shoes (leather, canvas, fabric) where deeper penetration is possible.
