this is fantastic! They're really flimsy so they don't seem to help a person with chronically cold fingers (Raynaud's) but this is how I use them: 1) They're so small I carry them in my purse or pocket sometimes of the year the Most people probably won't need gloves. This is a great backup. Phone. 3) I wear them as a liner in Volt heated gloves when I ski or moped in the winter. Without these pads, heated mittens can get a bit sticky, but that extra layer makes for the perfect combo. With both layers, I can survive a 20-minute scooter ride in Boston in 20 degrees without circulatory problems. 4) It was a pleasant surprise: I can use my iPhone with these gloves. It's not perfect (I bought a size up because thick gloves make my Raynaud's syndrome worse so my accuracy isn't as high), but they're thin enough that I don't have to take them off on very cold days to do basic stuff put on the phone.
