I really like the length of the extension. We have ceiling bugs with a ceiling fan and some decorative overhangs in our living room and I no longer need a stepladder to read them. The rag picks up dust well, but the dust sticks together pretty quickly and I have to clean it more often. than other rags I've had (I use a silicone brush and it helps). What I don't like about this tool is that the lobe rotates itself on the end of the rod. If it snaps, I haven't figured out the function yet (though admittedly I haven't spent much time looking). The duster attachment bends easily to accommodate any surface angle I need, but it's not of much use if the duster doesn't stay locked in that position. That's my only disappointment. good length and dust is fine.
