Great Integrated Tool For Our Organization
NNT ITSM Integration Module is a very flexible tool.The tool is easy to use and has a lot of great features. The tool allows me to create dashboards that are very user friendly and makes it easy for my team to use. The tool is very customizable and has a lot of great features. I have a few minor suggestions for the tool. I would like to have a feature where I can create a new dashboard and have the data automatically populate the dashboard. The tool is very effective and allows us to have the data we need. It is very user friendly and allows us to see the data we need.

- I like the fact that there is a lot of great data in the system and easy to use dashboards
Cons
- I dislike the fact that sometimes the data is not properly organized and the tool cannot be accessed
