Best foot brush and pumice stone tool I've found. I bought my first one from Kmart 4 years ago. Easiest to hold as some of them are uncomfortable and often fall off while lathering. I actually like that the rough side "falls off" because it doesn't pick up greasy soap, dirt, skin like real stones which then become smooth and ugly. I'm a Medically Licensed Therapist, have worked in spas, home remedies/home remedies, natural remedies but ALL scientific people for decades (70's). Anyone who knows something should share it – my motto. Use with or without soap in the SHOWER or bath in place of a washcloth, never half-dry afterwards. i will share I got a pedicure at work in the 90's, they gave me some files that they used so I can peel at home like they did. Note: We have more nerve endings on the front of the body or in certain areas. You will understand what works best for you. We are all different. Dry brushing is actually a spa service and you can see and smell dead cells, nasty. Use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet to clean them EVERY time you shower and you'll get your old feet back! Essential in the sand season and once a week for me in the winter. The brush stimulates the skin and encourages new growth.
