Best foot brush and pumice stone

Best foot brush and pumice stone tool I've found. I bought my first one from Kmart 4 years ago. Easiest to hold as some of them are uncomfortable and often fall off while lathering. I actually like that the rough side "falls off" because it doesn't pick up greasy soap, dirt, skin like real stones which then become smooth and ugly. I'm a Medically Licensed Therapist, have worked in spas, home remedies/home remedies, natural remedies but ALL scientific people for decades (70's). Anyone who knows something should share it โ€“ my motto. Use with or without soap in the SHOWER or bath in place of a washcloth, never half-dry afterwards. i will share I got a pedicure at work in the 90's, they gave me some files that they used so I can peel at home like they did. But after a week, the legs cling to the sheets, the carpet. Maybe I'm old, need more lotion, something in 10 years, I'll try pumice in the shower/wet and Eureka! My normal soft feet are back! I know we see all that "dead" skin that sheds during a pedicure and we're like oh my god I needed that! Hair loss is normal, they shed several times a year. But these files tear at your healthy skin because it gets wet, sagging and semi-dry skin. They are designed for use on completely dry, dry calluses. I almost forgot that those bristles on the side of the brush are the perfect Goldilocks for me. Don't be rough so other areas are too soft to be ineffective. Note: We have more nerve endings on the front of the body or in certain areas. You will understand what works best for you. We are all different. Dry brushing is actually a spa service and you can see and smell dead cells, nasty. Use a pumice stone on the soles of your feet to clean them EVERY time you shower and you'll get your old feet back! Essential in the sand season and once a week for me in the winter. The brush stimulates the skin and encourages new growth.
