I just received it yesterday and used it straight away (I really have to!), nothing (no pain or hair pulling) and it just seems very strong/lasting. It's easy to clean too, you just unscrew the top and comb your hair or pull your hair out, I used tweezers for tighter spots. There was a small problem with what I received - I ordered white but got pink instead. He even had a description on a sticker that was on the bag it came in that he was white! I don't really care, pink was my second choice anyway, but I'm sure it would be more important for some. I thought I'd just make a note of it.
