Review on Christopher Knight Home 298970 Idalia Furniture for Kitchen Furniture by Tonya Austin

I bought these in November 2019 and I am madly in love. They look amazing, the color of the wood is great and they were the perfect addition to our home. We use them at our dining table which is used for dinner each night with the heaviest person in the family weighing less than 200 pounds. Fast forward to August 2020 (less than a year since purchase) and one of the legs came off immediately. Nobody jumped on them or did anything crazy. Just regular use, once a day, and it broke. Went from a basic 5 star rating to a 1 star. Buy them if you are using them in a rarely used location but now with only 5 chairs left on my dining table I would strongly NOT recommend. UPDATE December 2020 - at the turn of the year chair #2 broke. Again they were only used for dinner so not much abuse and really unfair that they break after 1 year. Note: Paint and fabric are very susceptible to stains. This isn't really a complaint about the product as it kind of comes with cloth and mint green, but we added the seat covers after about a month because they even got stained from people sitting in jeans. Not a deal breaker (as opposed to a broken leg) but worth a mention for those assuming children will be eating at the table.
