Good bookends, but wrong quantity received

This is my third time ordering some iteration of these bookends. I have both the large size (for regular books/novels) and the extra large size (for textbooks). They seem sturdy and are holding up my books, so they're doing their job. Knocked a star off because in my most recent order, I purchased 8 PAIRS (16 pieces total) and only received 4 PAIRS (8 pieces total).

I really like the quality of these bookends. They work well; glad I made this purchase.

Cons

Might not hold up heavy books well.
