You CANNOT use a knife on these plates.

Before purchasing, I asked if these plates could serve chicken, steak, etc., or if a knife could cut them. I was told I could use a knife on her. The first use is shown. We fried the chicken and cut it with a butter knife. They will be destroyed. Good for sandwiches, salads etc but I wanted them to cook. A set of 8 pieces is a waste of money for me.
