Review on DBPOWER Portable Player Rechargeable Battery Television & Video by Russ Charmin

This player is perfect for busy kids who need entertainment on long car rides! We used it twice - once during a 7 hour drive and again during a 3 hour drive. Our 2 year old daughter loved watching Disney movies while we were out and it kept her busy and happy the whole time. It doesn't hold a charge very well (barely 3 hours), although we've left it plugged in during our travels (the cord runs easily from the player to our center console socket) to keep it going. The holder we bought also keeps it stationary during our rides. Unfortunately it doesn't play Blu-Ray, but all of our regular DVDs worked fine, with the exception of The Little Mermaid, which was an older film (and maybe this format doesn't play like newer DVDs?). The only downside I've found so far is that I have to stop to put in new DVDs, but overall that's a very minor inconvenience considering how much less stressful our trips are with this player.
