I like that you can create channels with different types of posts, such as photos or videos in one channel but then have another where all text is posted into an archive section (that has its own search function). It's not so much what we're able do at this time - more how other users are using their accounts/channels which makes me think they need some sort of training course! We've had success getting our staff engaged via social media through these tools however there needs be better understanding from those who use them first hand before any changes could happen within my organisation regarding implementation etc..
