I like that you can create channels with different types of posts, such as photos or videos in one channel but then have another where all text is posted into an archive section (that has its own search function). I love that you can connect with other social media users in real time, so you don't have to wait until after work hours or during lunch break. It's also great because when someone posts something on their page, everyone else who is logged into hootsuite will see what they are posting!
