This toothpaste is pretty good. The taste is mild, which is good. I can't stand other baking soda, the artificial sweet flavors of some other bleaching products, and it's not that bad. Cinnamon/mint, what I would call it. The whitening itself is gradual so don't expect instant results, but brushing your teeth anyway can have an extra touch too. My teeth have lightened by about a shade over time, mostly thanks to coffee and tea. The price is about average, especially since I paid 500 dollars for professional whitening for 10 years, it helps with the maintenance and is worth it.
