Excellent wrist protection
Love protection and comfort. I have small wrists and they fit perfectly. I use them for fist push ups so I don't need a palm guard to get in the way. I highly recommend them as wrist guards for pushups. As far as I know if you lift weights you also need a soft palm protection. One small improvement needed: the velcro stuck to the fabric making it fluffy (destroyed the fabric). If the outer layer is non-stick Velcro, then this is ideal.
