, they are very light and almost too light for my taste because I prefer a firmer feel to a light thin feel. But for those who love the lightness of glasses, this is a great option. The design is simple and also a little cheap, but for the price I'm happy with it. When I say that, I mean the cheetah print on just one side of the goggles, not the plastic. As for the blue light aspect, the light and the included test confirm that it does indeed work, but I personally don't feel any difference when using it or after using it.
