These Inov-8 Womens F-Lite 245 Cross Trainer Shoes are perfect for our 13 year old daughter. This is a great statement as she has narrow feet and big toes so shoes that are comfortable for her are hard to find. They are worth the money for that alone! These shoes are lightweight as described. The arch support isn't the best but is adequate for her young legs. Traction on the ground is well defined so there will be no problems in less than ideal weather. In my humble opinion, the soles fall short in terms of cushioning, which is important for those of us with flat feet who rely on the shoe's springy action. It goes with almost any everyday outfit. Their shape is definitely unique and stands out from other sneakers in this category.
