Review on Vikan 53703 Soft Tube Brush: Polyester, 2-25/64" x 20" OAL, Blue - Efficient Cleaning Tool by Fred Khalifa

Update September 6, 2020: I love this brush even more. She cleaned the sink with a slow drain! One of the bathroom sinks was slowly dripping, so I unplugged it and used a crystal drain cleaner (you know, a hard drain cleaner). After flushing the drain with cold water the flow got a little better so I wanted to put the plug back on but I noticed the pipe inside looked disgusting. As it turns out, this brush also works on sink drains and picks up all sorts of nasty slime messes (was beyond gross). I continued working the brush down until it started hanging through the trap. On the second squeeze/pull of the trap, I heard a pop and water rushed down the drain, something I hadn't seen in ages. The sound of running water has also changed. It clearly flowed freely into the sewers. The sink is empty again like new! I don't want to know how much hair/dirt/soap/mold this brush pushed out of the trap because I can never miss it, I'm just glad it's gone! My shower drain is not fixed and shifts intermittently (usually one of my cats finds lifting the lid very funny). The drain pipe was dirty black as far as I could see. I've tried spraying cleaner and bleach down the drain (not at the same time!) to no avail. As soon as this brush arrived I took it into my shower and now the tube is beautifully white. It only took a few water jets! My shower drain pipe is 2 inches in diameter, which is probably the most common diameter. . This brush penetrated the drain easily and was in full contact with the pipe wall the whole time. A brush of this diameter will probably work for 1.5" whistles as well, as the bristles are firm but not too harsh. The brush length is perfect. It reaches the trap and curves a bit around the first bend. The brush even pulled a few pieces of i don't know what off which surprised me because i regularly use a crystal sewer cleaner to keep the drain running smoothly the brush was easy to clean stuck to the brush and washed down the drain me took the pieces out of the trap and threw them in the trash I feel like I'm a little too excited about this brush but to be honest I'm so sick of looking at the black drain pipe I can't believe i wrote so much about the basic brush but cleaning the drain was such a treat too bad i haven't bought it for a long time!
