When you do manage to purchase, just be prepared to wait. then watch. Wait a little longer. It took a long time for my package to reach; I'm not sure what kind of slow-mo snail they use. And when it did, half of the things were irreparably harmed. Lovely. Their customer support is about as helpful as a chocolate teapot, which only serves to make matters worse. They didn't even acknowledge my concerns, so I was left to handle the mess by myself. Thank you for nothing, TWINSLUXES!
