Review on Castelli Thermoflex Knee Warmer Black by Robert Sample

I got them before winter and now I'm using them sparingly for a few months. I've found that while they're warm and therefore useful, I don't really like them. They are too short (barely mid-calf) so I have to pull my socks all the way on to make sure the whole leg is covered. Tuck it at least 4 inches under my cycling shorts and 2) stretches and wears heavily even after first use. Today I noticed that they also have a hole under the top seam so I think they will hold me a few more times. I'm seriously underwhelmed for a name like Castelli. However, for warmth, I would consider if it was designed with a thicker band at the top and a longer overall length.
