Not a very practical or useful conversation piece

I got mine from an Indiegogo campaign and I like it more as a curiosity and conversation starter. You won't win an award for being legible, and some might argue that a watch that barely tells the time is hardly worth buying. With the addition of a rather nice leather strap and an exceptionally loud rumble coming from the rotor winding the automatic movement, I can understand why people are skeptical that this purchase can justify itself. Well, it obviously can't, because in the age of quartz movements and cell phones, we don't need mechanical wristwatches to tell the time. I bought my watches because they were all a little different, quirky, or reminded me of a less electronically charged era, and this is where the Z Titanium stands out. They are quite charming in the way they combine high-tech design and materials with a very retro mechanical movement. it wouldn't have been considered exceptional or innovative even in the '60s. They are well built, with quality materials for the case and glass, the silicone strap is comfortable and wears quite well on a thin wrist despite being smaller than the petite size. wear, but it's definitely a keeper of a collection that can be interspersed with other watches.

Pros
  • Carved from titanium for durability and exceptional strength. By using surgical materials, you can be assured of consistent quality year after year.
Cons
  • Almost everything is there
