Great amp with 3 problems

I tried this amp with my 8 ohm Polk S20 speakers. I'm so happy with the performance! The sound is clear, with rich bass and high frequencies. The quality of the human voice is also excellent. I tried all Bluetooth, USB and Aux inputs. So far I haven't had a problem, one user complained that the sound stops for a second or two in Bluetooth or USB mode. It doesn't have AC sound which another user complained about. I believe AC hum is ground referenced and you should always have a proper ground so AC noise can be routed to ground without disturbing the output. So far my favorite input mode is USB because I can play uncompressed audio waveforms. files directly. There is no noise at all between songs in USB mode. I don't have any other aptx HD device so now my bluetooth input can only work in normal aptx mode. I am very happy with this purchase. Hope this machine also has good durability. Some added a comment from 10 Sep 21: I found my LG V35 ThinQ phone to support aptx HD. But by default the phone will choose another codec smaller than Hifi. To use aptx HD you need to change the bluetooth setting for the amplifier in your phone. The setting should prioritize sound quality over reliability. Before that I had already changed the default Bluetooth audio codec to aptx HD (via developer mode in Android), but the aptx HD codec was still not used until I changed the Bluetooth priority to sound quality over reliability. Another added note on 9/15/21: I found 2 major design flaws with this amp. First, there is no password for Bluetooth pairing. This means if you live in an apartment, your neighbor can take control of your amp and use their audio source to play on your amp. Second, the Bluetooth input overrides the USB input AND the AUX input. This means that even if you set the input selector to Auxiliary Input, others can overwrite your input with their Bluetooth source. I discovered this when I was using the TV's audio out to play on my amp. There was no sound from the amp for several minutes and I thought something was wrong with my auxiliary cable. Actually the problem was that bluetooth was still enabled on my phone and this allowed the amp to connect to my phone via bluetooth even with the auxiliary input selected via the switch. Another added note from 09/22/21: USB interface. When playing wave files in a playlist, sometimes during the transition to the next song, the USB connection would be lost and the audio would revert to the previous default speaker on my computer. However, after a few seconds the USB connection is usually re-established and audio returns to the A8. It's pretty annoying. Luckily, I currently mainly use the Bluetooth connection and the Aux-in. When connecting bluetooth the audio cuts out for a few seconds several times but I'm not sure if this is related to the internet, my phone or the bluetooth receiver A08 as I have similar issues when connecting my phone to another connect bluetooth speaker. Conclusion: A great amp with great sound, low noise and great power output, but there are a few downsides. Advantages: excellent sound quality, high output power, extremely low noise level. Cons: No remote control, USB connection issue, 2 Bluetooth input design flaws.
