Total relief! for my opinion

I had a bone spur removed from my heel. Now that cast is off and crutches are no longer needed, I find with the sleeve it helps withthe pressure of walking on the foot during the day. I use them during the main part of the day on my one foot only and remove when I'm finally sitting and resting. They work great!

Provides firm support where I need it.

Cons

These sleeves may not be effective for people with severe foot injuries or conditions
