Comes with Win10 Pro which works fine although Dell doesn't support it and therefore doesn't have drivers on the support site. This can be an issue if you decide to swap out the drive and do a clean install. The drive is a BTO SSD, which is nice. It also has a mini PCI WiFi card but no antenna connector so you can actually use it. It's probably best to disable it in the BIOS. The BIOS has not been updated to the latest version from Dell. DL for win7 and it installs fine so it doesn't matter. Part of the refurbishment was covering the metal body with black vinyl to keep it looking like new. Since the case is embossed with Dell logos, it looks a bit odd and probably won't age well. DOA also came, but only because the CMOS battery was dead. This is a regular 2032 button cell that costs less than $1, but replacing it is a real hassle for these nits. Tip: Look under the CPU fan. To get there you really need to turn off the ventilator completely, unless you're an experienced keyhole surgeon. It would be really nice if part of the fix was installing a new battery and updating the BIOS, but you can't have everything for $120.
