Nice long cable that runs from my ear to my knee (I'm 6'1) The earpiece is too very good. There were problems getting it to work at all. It doesn't enter the radio's oblong receiving shaft, it does enter about the 16th. I almost gave up and pushed harder than I should have. Get another one, but need more thought/testing due to join evaluation complexity. ***Update*** was not fully inserted. In fact, extra firm pressure is required to create a solid connection. He fully entered the hole more than 1/8 inch. It's the walkie-talkie's fault they're so tight. No listener at all. It was confirmed with another Motorola headphone. Now upgraded to 5 stars. I will order more.
