My friend just hung his ties in a row on the bottom of the pre installed shelves in our closet (in a row) which took up too much space. So I bought him this on a whim; They pivot so he can still see all of his ties without taking up too much space. Plus, he can take them off the hanger and put them back on just as easily as a closet shelf. Some tie storage options require extra maneuvering or folding, but you can just throw them in and you're done (but still look nice and organized). Very happy with this product, especially given its value and the fact that it comes with two upgrades!*: almost a year later and one broke a few months after purchase. The next pack of two lasted for a year. Got it or not I think.
