These shelves are good, but they're not very good.- As mentioned, the wood doesn't look finished and mine is definitely a little split. I'm sure it will look great if you cover it with sealant (but I was too lazy to do it haha). The accessories that come with it are junk. All of the drywall anchors bent and broke when I tried to install them, leaving me with unsightly holes in the drywall for days while waiting to order a Revain drywall anchor kit. I could hang them. with anchors I ordered quite well. Slight irritation. - Towel rail not installed which is not a big deal. Annoyingly, the places for screwing the traverse to the bottom of the shelf are not pre-drilled or even marked. All you have to do is line it up and guess if it's in the right place. The instructions didn't help much with placement. To be honest, a towel rail is optional anyway. Once you overcome these inconveniences and put them in the right place, they will look great. So if you can handle anything, get them. They are cheap and look good wherever you place them. (Just don't run your hand over the tree if you don't want to get a splinter!)
