Got this chair for my husband's gaming adventures and was pleasantly surprised at how great the chair is. I couldn't believe how soft the seat and armrest material was! The white stitching on the black fabric was very attractive. The soft armrests were also a big plus. When assembled this is an amazing chair. The only problem was during construction. I put everything together and the last step is to attach the arms. All screws have a special hex socket and the tightening tool is supplied with the chair. Unfortunately, not only are the palm rest screws significantly longer for this purpose, but also the screwdriver bit is much larger - actually too big for the tool! I had to ambush my husband's leather worker (because we don't have hex screwdrivers!) looking for something to even screw these bugs in. Use standard pan head or Phillips screws. A great product for the price though! DH plays happily while I type!
