I am very upset and the product is no good.

I bought a mouse in the Kee store in St. Petersburg 2 years ago. They promised an extended warranty, good quality, etc. As a result of CAREFUL handling of the mouse (installed on a non-primary computer, and used extremely rarely), the left mouse of the mouse failed. Either it doesn't work, or it sticks. Before that, I used a4tech T8 for 4 years, and it still works, although it costs 4 times cheaper. When buying this Brand, I was hoping for quality, but in the end the quality turned out to be much worse than that of the Chinese A4 Tech. I do not advise you to take and pay this brand, because they LOST all their advantages, leaving only a high price tag. Conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying and overpaying for an expensive brand that is inferior in quality and service to much cheaper companies!

Pros
  • 1. Comfortable ergonomics. It lies well in the hand, the hand does not get tired. Good position of additional buttons. 2. Almost the best sensor. On a good mat, the accuracy is almost perfect, easily detecting sharp and precise movements. 3. Weight adjustment. It is possible to put or remove a 10g weight.
Cons
  • 1. Quality of mouse buttons. The left button is out of order, with a fairly sparing use. 2. Service - Logitech Warranty. I turned to Logitech's warranty, for which I received absurd advice on blowing, wiping. I followed the recommendations and they did not help, I contacted the support service again. Then they clarified the serial number for me, and said that the warranty was over. Kay's store no longer exists, so I can't prove anything anymore.
